Steps in Selection
1. Registration
Online Registration form will be filled by the Candidate. User Id and Password will be generated. You will have access to the Admission Panel. Through this panel only; you will be able to track progress of your Application.
2. Payment
Payment of requisite fee in favour of Gayatri Shiksha Niketan. You can visit the Office and pay along with the form. or
Scan the QR Code, Pay below mentioned amount and send Screen Shot / UTR on Whatsapp# 8825335959.
3. Written Assessment (Only for Class LKG to VIII)
Written Assessent of the Candidate will be done on the date mentioned on Admit Card. Written Assessment wil be conducted for admission in class LKG to VIII only.
4. Counselling (Only for Class XI)
Successful Candidates will be notified to appear for counselling through the Admission Panel. Candidate will be required to bring their original Adhaar Card, Original Marksheets, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, Migration Certificate (if applicable) and all other supporting documents / certificates for verification.
Note: All qualified Students from class LKG to IX will not require counselling.
5. Selection
Selected students will be notified to take admission through the ntice board on specified date.

The Minimum Age For Admission,to Class LKG Is 4 Years Completed As On The 1st Of April Of The Session And So On.
Registration Is Not A Guarantee Of Admission.
Parents/Guardians To Be Present At The Time Of The Interview With The Original Birth Certificate Of The Child.
An Attested Photo Copy Of The Birth Certificate Has To Be Submitted To The School Office In Case Of Admission.
The Date Of Birth Of A Child That Has Once Been Declared In The Registration/Admission From And Also In The Birth Certificate Will Not Be Changed Under Any Circumstances.
No One Will Be Admitted Into A Particular Class Unless He/she Is Fit For That Class.
The Principal’s Decision Will Be Final Regarding The Class That The Child Will Be Suitable For.
Pupils Coming From Other Govt/affiliated Schools Must Submit The Transfer Certificate Of The School Previously Attended.
And Also A Photo State Copy Of The Birth Certificate After Showing The Original At The Time Of Interview.
If A Child Is Admission In The Middle Of A Session,the Tuition Fees Has To Be Paid W.e.f April At The Time Of Admission.
